Hi, I’m Nikhil Gupta, the founder of The Career Gadget.

✨ It Started With Frustration (and a Lot of Google Searches)

Years ago, I was in the middle of a job search that felt never-ending. I had a decent resume, real experience, and the motivation to land something meaningful. But every rejection felt like a black hole: no feedback, no clarity, just silence. I spent hours tweaking bullet points, changing fonts, Googling “1-page vs. 2-page resumes” and second-guessing every move. No matter what I tried, the advice online felt either outdated or written for someone who wasn’t me.
